My specific theory of change centers around intentional storytelling.  I believe storytelling can create understanding across difference, connect with people and communities on a deeper level and inspire them to take action.
I've spent my career helping others find and utilize their voices and now I am trying to do this for myself. I strive to use my unique voice and perspective to facilitate understanding, connection, creativity and community in a polarized moment.
My approach to storytelling is rooted in authenticity, intentionality and understanding of the unique needs and perspectives of each audience, person and community.. If you have any opportunities for storytelling or facilitation, I would love to chat!
